Child passenger safety technicians attending the conference are invited to participate in the annual car seat clinic.  The clinic allows CPSTs an opportunity to help families while honing skills and earning community education hours toward recertification.  If time allows, CPST instructors will also be on hand for CPSTs in need of seat check sign-offs.

The 2023 Annual Car Seat Clinic held in conjunction with the annual conference will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm at Ivy Tech Community College, Parking Lot 9, Located west of the North Illinois Center (108 W. 28th St., Indianapolis, IN 46208).  Families/caregivers will be assisted on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Children must be present to receive a car seat.

The 2018 Indianapolis Zoo Car Seat Clinic was the largest to date, due in part to the over 200 technicians, instructors, and volunteers that helped make this event a success.
